NEIGHBORHOOD shopping in downtown Prosper or Prosper Town Center provides quick essentials and nearby dining for Prosper residents. Full service grocery is within 10 minutes to the south on the tollway. Just a few miles south on Preston Road at Hwy 121 in Frisco, Stonebriar Centre brings you over 160 stores and restaurants, while just north of the mall along Gaylord Parkway, another 115 shops and eateries await you at The Centre at Preston Ridge.

One of the largest future retail areas in Collin County rests squarely in Prosper along the Hwy 380 corridor. Mooreland also operates Castlemark homes which is building in many luxury communities in the Town of Prosper.

Saddle Creek Plaza
